The property Il Roseto is a typical beautiful Marche farmhouse. It is situated next to the ancient medieval villages of Grottazzolina and Belmonte Piceno, in the province of Fermo of the Marche region. This farmhouse is on three levels totalling 200 square meters: it consists of the ground floor with a spacious living room with a magnificent fireplace, a bathroom, a utility room, a characteristic kitchen, a bright dining room with exit to the sunny porch of 40 square meters; the first floor with two double bedrooms with beautiful views to the surrounding vegetation, a bathroom, a large double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower of Hydromassage and chromotherapy; finally, the second floor with two double bedrooms.
